Co-consciousness (Cc*)

Co-consciousness is how well people within a system are able to communicate and share things such as memory and thought. It's very important in how a system functions. This tag helps define how co-conscious members of your system are. (Don't count things that are purposefully kept secret for system safety.)

Cc--	There's no communication or sharing what-so-ever. I don't even know who all is here!
Cc-	We have a hard time communicating.
Cc	Still not the best communication in the world, but generally we do pretty good.
Cc+	We work well together and communication is great.
Cc++	We know everything that's going on with everyone else!
